Al Cooper: 1932-2018

May his memory be for a blessing...

To our Dear Friends,  fellow travelers to Israel, wonderful programmers, prayer partners and faithful financial supporters of GLC:

It is with much gratitude that we give thanksgiving for the mercy of God in the quick transition from this world into the eternal realm for Al Cooper.
Al breathed his last on December 11, 2018 and was officially pronounced dead at 3:12 AM.
We invite you to celebrate the life of Al Cooper - the Founder and builder of Prime Time Christian Broadcasting, better known as God's Learning Channel (or GLC)  with us.
Al left this life  after a relatively short time of struggling to recover from congestive heart failure in mid October.  In spite of the Doctor's efforts, his heart continued to weaken until it could no longer sustain him.  He worked hard to build a television network that would reach a lost and dying world with the good news of the Kingdom of God.  His heart's desire was to see the network continue to grow and be fruitful, and to see as many souls as possible rescued from the clutches of the enemy of our souls, Satan.  He would be so honored to know that you share that desire and help GLC reach that goal.
A funeral service will be held in Roswell, NM on Tuesday, December 18 at LaGrone Funeral Home at 11:30 am.
Family and friends are also invited to join us in celebrating Al's life and work and to greet one another in the fellowship of the Lord at the GLC Bookstore on Sunday afternoon, December 30 from 1:30 to 4:00 pm.
Amy and I are committed to continue the legacy that Al began and see many more lives changed as a result of his efforts, by the leading of the Holy Spirit.  We feel confident that God has much more in store for GLC.  Ironically, the change-over from channel 42 to channel 15 on our Midland/Odessa station will happen this Friday, which will open many new doors for GLC.
The Lord's love and Shalom to all of you,
Tommie Cooper
